Southbound 71 Nightly Full Closures⛔ The Riverside County Transportation Commission’s 71/91 Interchange Project will require nightly full closures (Monday – Friday) of southbound 71 at Butterfield Ranch Rd./Euclid Ave. in Chino and Chino Hills beginning Monday, March 3, 2025.
