About Us
In 2011, during a depressed economy, Francisco & Linda Perez and son Cisco looking for the perfect location to build Luna Modern Mexican Kitchen, came across an abandoned restaurant in a rather unique location, with very little external presence in Corona, Ca. From the moment Francisco walked into the building, his years in the restaurant industry, his passion for people, food, and drink, and his gut instinct confirmed that this was the place where he and his son would make their dream come true.
After 5 years of success and building an outstanding reputation within the Inland Empire, the family set out to expand their dream by opening a second location. In 2015 the vision came to fruition with the opening of our Rancho Cucamonga location conveniently positioned in the Victoria Gardens Shopping Center. At Luna Modern Mexican Kitchen we attribute our success to our emphasis on excellent customer service, incredible cuisine, and an intriguing ambiance all of which contribute to a distinguished dining experience.
Francisco and Cisco are always present at LMMK to greet customers and to ensure that every patron receives the 5-Star service that we’ve built upon. Our commitment to such has earned Luna Modern Mexican Kitchen an impeccable reputation, and a Five Star Award by the Southern California Restaurant Writers Association for 2012, 2013 and 2014! Our commitment to the community is evident through our donations and participation with organizations in the IE to include Corona-Norco Family YMCA, Peppermint Ridge, Corona Police Community Partners, Alternatives to Domestic Viol
