Position Overview:
DCS team members are responsible for the care and supervision of residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Peppermint Ridge homes. You'll support residents in their daily lives, from personal hygiene to community activities — always with dignity and respect at the core.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living and personal care needs (dressing, bathing, eating, etc.)

• Provide hands-on support for activities of daily living

• Accompany residents to appointments and community outings

• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment

• Build relationships that empower residents to thrive
