Sandy Cramer is owner and Chief Development Officer of Intersect Training Group, a Management and Leadership Development Training Company. Sandy has been training front-line managers for almost 20 years. In her extensive background as a Human Resources leader, she saw first hand the positive impact great mangers can have on employees and the business, and the downsides to having unskilled managers. Sandy is passionate about the impact training and coaching can have on the workplace, and has made it her life’s work to help companies realize better results through their people by equipping managers and leaders with the skills they need to successfully lead and develop their teams.
