We need to have everyone who might possibly go to Washington DC for our Legislative Action Summit to submit their Online Secure Travel info so we can get security clearance and a date/time locked for our group.

We can remove names, but we cannot add names. Complete a separate document for each person (you and any guests) and use your proper given name on all documents. Early submission gives us the best options for our tour date and time.
The Chamber has guaranteed a certain number of rooms to get the best rate possible with the Courtyard Marriott. So that we may meet our agreement with Marriott, please make your hotel reservations via this link:

Fees/Admission
Payment structure is as follows:
Members:
$395 If received by June 15;
$495 if received by June 30;
$595 if received by July 31;
$695 after August 1 and for non-members.
This registration fee covers the summit/meetings only; registrants are responsible for their own lodging, travel, and meals. Optional tours are planned for the group. Inquire for details.
