Think Like a Negotiator

The training is open to women veterans, active duty women and reservists, and military wives. Eldonna Lewis-Fernandez, a retired Air Force veteran with 23 years of honorable military service and a negotiation and contracts expert, will facilitate the two-day event. With over 30 years of leadership, contracts management and negotiation experience, she has negotiated contracts from $1 to over $100 million, both stateside and internationally. She was deployed to the Middle East after 9/11 and has years of experience in foreign acquisition.
A skilled negotiator is prepared, knows what she wants, and knows what she can offer in order to reach an agreement that creates a win-win result. Eldonna’s training is upbeat, engaging, and supportive, so that participants learn to ask for what they want – and get it - without creating a negative atmosphere.
