Certification Training: Harassment Prevention
Harassment lawsuits are on the rise in California. California law AB 1825 requires that supervisors of companies with more than 50 employees (full-time, part-time, or independent contractors) receive training and be certified every two years in sexual harassment prevention.
However, all employers should have employees trained in sexual harassment prevention to avoid the increased likelihood of difficult and costly lawsuits.
Through this interactive training session, labor law attorney William Betley will cover the required information for companies to stay in compliance.
Employers, supervisors, and human resource specialists will receive a certificate upon completion of this training.
