Join ABC Hopes, Inc. and CrossFit Proper Corona for our 2nd Row-A-Thon April 29th!!! Proceeds go to two special people in our community: Jose Martinez, a student in Corona Norco Unified School District who has Down syndrome and could use some support; As well as Debbie Williams, who is the mother of a CrossFit Proper member. Debbie has been diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer and is doing her best to fight off this disease and stay positive!!!

You can sign up as a single rower and will be added to a team of 10 rowers or put together a team of 10!!!
$50 per rower - receive an event shirt, food and participation rowing; If you are a student with a valid school ID cost is $20 - receive an event shirt, food, and participation rowing.
