Description
Expert Jason James, Certified Access Specialist will share about Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and how to best navigate which repairs and upgrades are mandatory. The CORONA Chamber and City of CORONA will host a FREE workshop on October 4 in the Chamber’s conference room from 5:30 – 6:30pm. Workshop is FREE of charge and registrations are encouraged.
In addition to Mr. James speaking, a CORONA city representative will share code enforcement information.
A recent Senate Bill 269 (Roth) was signed by Governor Brown now enables businesses 120 days to begin fixing any violations cited through ADA. This new bill immediately gives protection to small businesses against frivolous ADA lawsuits.
The CORONA Chamber and City of Corona’s Economic Development Department focuses on the growth and success of the businesses.
