Description
This 2-day hands-on workshop provides participants with an understanding of the basic rules, roles, techniques and processes to successfully manage any project. Includes and innovative "threaded role playing" simulation and each participant will receive a substantial number of "templates" and other valuable tools that can remove most technical impediments to running most projects.
