Peppermint Ridge is partnering with Luna Modern Mexican Kitchen on a fundraiser Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 6:30 PM. Come enjoy a succulent 3 course dinner with tequila pairings. $80 per guest includes dinner, tax and gratuity. The proceeds will benefit the 100 residents that call Peppermint Ridge their home. Lodging is being offered at a special rate for this event at the Marriot Residence Inn, located directly across from the restaurant.
