Description
This session will be an interactive Q&A session to highlight the key points of the CARES Act as it relates to small businesses, sole proprietors, self-employed and independent contractors with respect to the Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster Loans. As a bonus, we will also be touching on some additional information regarding how COVID-19 is affecting people's obligations in both business and real estate contracts.
About the presenter: Educated in the UK and licensed in California and New York, Simon Khinda spearheads KCKW LLP's Transactional Practice advising businesses locally, nationally and internationally.
