Led by Coach Sol Shapiro with Yoga Guru Leeza Villagomez, each class will begin with discreet weigh-ins, then proceed to classroom-style discussions about nutrition, along with exercise demonstrations. Lighten Up Corona is designed to arm participants with the tools, motivation and accountability needed to drop weight, whether it is “those last 10 pounds” or getting started on a bigger journey. Participants are sure to learn something new about weight loss and taking fitness to a whole new level. Come with a positive attitude and comfortably dressed to do a light workout.
