Kidney/Organ Donor Drive Luncheon

• Do you know someone who does or who may need one in the future?
• Did you know that every ten minutes another name is added to the national organ transplant waiting list?

Currently there are more than 115,000 people waiting for an organ transplant.  One of those people is 27 year old Sam Scarce of Corona who is suffering from Stage Five of Kidney Failure.  He must endure 9.5 hours of kidney dialysis every night in order to survive.  This seriously limits his ability to lead a full and productive life.

We need your help with finding a kidney for Sam. You have an opportunity to help Sam and others who need a transplant by participating in this community donor drive, luncheon and fundraiser, planned at the Corona Public Library, 650 N. Main St. (Grand Blvd. Room) Corona, on Saturday, April 13, 2013, from 1 to 4 pm.

Admission (with lunch served from 1 to 2  pm) is only $15.00 per person or two for $25.00.  Attendees have a chance to win a door prize, play the ?Game of Life,? buy raffle tickets and bid at a silent auction to win valuable prizes donated by our local businesses.
