Description
CrossFit Corona is hosting a CPR certification Course, Saturday MAY 18th, from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. You will receive a two year certification in both Infant and Adult CPR, and the use of a defibrulator. In addition they will go over choking, signs and symptoms of both stroke and a heart attack.
Many things have changed in the last few years. If you own a pool, have children, go boating, or are even a child who is looking at starting to babysit, this course will be invaluable to you.
