Why should you attend?

"Women are leading the charge in Riverside County. For the past several years, the majority of new entrepreneurial endeavors were established by women. The Riverside County Women's Leadership Conference [WLC] will provide an opportunity to learn from inspirational leaders and make connections that will be beneficial in both their personal and professional life." -Karen Spiegel, Riverside County Supervisor (and Founder of the WLC)

"From my perspective, it is important to attend the Women's Leadership Conference because it offers opportunities to learn new ideas and approaches to old situations. You will meet experts and influencers face-to-face in a venue filled with energy of like-minded individuals. As women, we must invest in ourselves more often, and have more fun." -Sophia Brooks, 2019 Speaker

"Because for too long women have been pitted against one another. We are not one another's competition and deserve an opportunity to find new ways to learn with and from one another. Together all of our individual voices are stronger." -Dr. Rebecca Heiss, 2019 Speaker

"I believe strongly that empowered women empower women and that is why I attend the WLC. I love the energy and the encouragement I get from other successful women. We all need to be empowered." -Michelle Mills, Diana Renee Homes, powered by Keller Williams, and 2019 Conference Committee Member

"I'm delighted to deliver the opening presentation at the Riverside County Women's Leadership Conference. Connection is the new currency--and this is a great place to invest in yourself and make new connections. If you're a woman leader or interested in leadership development, join me and this amazing speaker line-up on September 12th." -Lisa Marie Platske, 2019 Speaker

Celebrating the Power and Passion of Women

Women today account for approximately half of the workforce in the United States, according to the US Department of Labor. However, the changing times do not necessarily mean that the working woman has moved on from her role as mommy. Seventy percent of mothers with children under 18 participate in the labor force. Mothers are the primary or sole earners for 40 percent of households with children under 18 today, compared with 11 percent in 1960.

We want to celebrate the power and passion that women bring to the workforce and give you tips and tools to make you even more successful, keep you healthy and balance the stress for your wellness. Join women and men alike for the 8th Annual Women's Leadership Conference at Crossroads Church in Corona. As of August 22, over 550 are already registered!

Don't miss out on this excellent networking and learning opportunity! Hear the stories, challenges, triumphs, and tools these successful and influential women used to rise to the top. Stroll through the exhibitors and discover amazing products and services from local businesses.
