Valencia Terrace to Host 3rd Annual Health & Wellness Expo on Thursday may 23rd in Honor of 20th Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day
Area residents are invited to the festivities held in honor of the 20th Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day (NSHFD) in May during National Older Americans Month and themed "Get Moving...Start Improving:. An estimated 100,000 older Americans will participate in local fitness activities throughout the country. Join the residents and staff at Valencia Terrace discover how health and wellness promotes life at the community. Meet the sponsors, vendors and the residents while enjoying fitness demonstrations as well as guest speakers throughout the event.
